Steps to Organizational Excellence

Organizational Excellence, LLC was founded to support those businesses that the large consulting firms often leave behind. Every organization can use some extra help from time-to-time and no project is too minor. Sometimes an organization just needs someone with expertise in a particular area to help set direction, while, other times an organization needs someone who can roll up their sleeves to design and implement an intervention.

Organizational Excellence, LLC can do just that. We take the time to get to know our clients so we can truly understand their needs and partner with them to ensure that the solutions not only address the problem but that it also makes good business sense. This often means that the solution for the problem is as unique as the problem itself; not just something pulled off the shelf.

We believe that the first step to Organizational Excellence is through the people of your organization. Their knowledge, their experience and their levels of engagement are critical for your company to succeed. We help you find ways to help your associates develop and grow to meet the needs of the ever-changing marketplace and the demands of your customers.

The second step to Organizational Excellence is the culture of your organization. It’s easy to articulate that culture is important but we believe this is one area that is often overlooked or taken for granted. Every organization has a culture; but what’s important is being able to declare that the existing culture supports your organization rather than prohibits you from achieving your goals. Some important tenets of culture can include such things as; innovation, creative thinking, problem solving, accountability and risk taking. We help you find out which tenets are critical for your success and determine ways to help you strengthen them.

The third step to Organizational Excellence is ensuring the right processes and procedures are in place. Similar to the organizational culture, if the processes are outdated or broken; or the procedures create a bureaucratic environment that prevents timely decisions from being made, these hurdles can be extremely difficult to overcome and can impair your organization from reaching its full potential. We can help uncover these issues and help you find solutions to fix them.

And, finally the forth step to Organizational Excellence is the competency to act. This includes the competencies of your leaders, your associates and your organization as a whole. This is the ability to seek information from the appropriate sources, analyze it and know how to take action on this information. We can facilitate this process while providing your organization with tools to replicate this process in the future.

Organizational Excellence, LLC does not profess to have all the answers; but rather seeks the answers in partnership with our clients. We believe that our clients possess a wealth of knowledge and coupled with our expertise, we seek to find the best solutions to your problems.
